Meditation

Meditation has been a huge part of my life for over 30 years.  I have battled with every thought and insecurity about what it means to meditate and why. I have worked tirelessly to create moments of pure peace and thoughtlessness within my mind.  

I use guided meditation in much of my work and share my understanding with people of all ages through classes and practices. Please email me if you're interested in developing your own practice, in need of guidance or want to add meditation to an event

Guided Group Meditation:

Guided meditation is a powerful tool for bringing about a state of calm and harmony. The act of being present in body and mind allows everyone the opportunity to connect with their innermost wisdom. This shared experience brings balance and stillness, where participants may release insecurities and reactivity, creating an atmosphere for deeper connection. A wedding or school/office are great examples of where a guided meditation may be beneficial. Treat the wedding party or guests to a meditation before the ceremony to set the tone for a fun, loving and relaxed celebration. In a school or business, it's a great break from stress and pressure and will be positively reflected in the work that follows.
